Brief Description Examination of radio-frequency methane plasma to produce hydrogenated sp2-bonded carbon surfaces lacking in extensive etching and disruption to the surface.
Multivariate analysis of time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry measurements was used to characterise differences in hydrogen content and surface chemistry between the treated surfaces.
