Brief Description Elizabeth is a Mechanical Testing Officer with a background in Materials Science. Elizabeth joined the Institute of Materials Engineering in 2006 as a Mechanical Testing Officer in charge of the Miniature Creep testing lab.
Her main responsibilities are to provide assistance with a range of mechanical testing techniques to the Structural Integrity group with its portfolio of projects as well as creep testing for commercial parties.
She has also provided assistance whenever necessary to SynrocANSTO as well as conducting mechanical testing of biomaterials manufactured by ASDM.
